Job Description
An employer is looking for an IT Recruiting Coordinator in the Plano, TX area. You will support high-volume recruiting and end-to-end onboarding activities for Digital & Technology (D&T) teams across North America. This role serves as a critical connection point between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding partners to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience. You will leverage your experience supporting fast-paced recruiting environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and driving onboarding processes from offer acceptance through Day One readiness. While this position primarily supports U.S.-based hiring, it will also provide exposure to evolving global talent acquisition and onboarding processes as the organization moves toward greater standardization and consistency across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Employment & Onboarding Administration
• Manage and monitor background check processes, ensuring timely completion and clearance prior to start dates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through Day One.
• Track candidate progress through onboarding milestones and proactively resolve issues that could impact start dates.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.
Day One Compliance & New Hire Readiness
• Facilitate and/or coordinate Day One employment verification activities, including I-9 completion and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Coordinate new hire communications, onboarding schedules, and readiness activities.
• Support badge requests, IT onboarding coordination, and other new hire logistics as required.
D&T Process Expertise
• Develop a strong understanding of D&T matrixed organizational structures, hiring practices, and onboarding requirements.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on D&T talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Support the transition toward a more globally consistent talent acquisition model by adhering to standardized processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure process alignment and operational excellence.
Recruiting Support
• Provide light recruiting support for D&T openings, including candidate scheduling, interview coordination, candidate communication, and pipeline management.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support high-volume and fast-paced hiring initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Assist with requisition administration and recruiting process coordination within applicable systems.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years experience in technology oriented recruiting and coordination
• Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition operations, onboarding, HR coordination, or related functions.
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, covering 40-50 requirements
• Experience supporting technology, digital, or corporate functions
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and functions.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience managing background checks, onboarding workflows, and employment documentation
• Familiarity with I-9 verification processes and employment compliance requirements
