An employer is looking for a Digital Content/ Communications Lead in the Bogota, Colombia area. You will primarily be tasked with owning all content aspects for this SAAS, omnichannel marketing company. You will write, manage, and update all digital content for the web/ mobile experience. This role sits in between marketing, product, and customer success so you can craft the story/ image of the company to internal and external audiences. You will build and execute content strategy that fuels organic growth and supports paid campaigns. You will build/ manage a regular cadence of organic social posts and paid campaigns as you partner with the digital team. Additional tasks will include owning the newsletter, develop customer success stories/ playbooks to showcase value to potential customers, coordinate webinars to stakeholders, and gather feedback on features/ product updates to create compelling content.

3+ years experience in digital content management/ communications creation
Strong background in digital communications and writing skills for web, blog, email, and social
Proven background in building and executing content strategy that drive results
Hands- on experience with CMS platforms, email tools, and analytics platforms to measure impact
Experience working with SaaS products and related strategy
Experience with webinars, playbooks, and customer stories for SaaS or QSR
Experience building paid digital campaigns
