An employer is looking for a Digital Analytics lead to sit remotely. You will own analyses and integration projects from start to finish, including opportunity identification, problem scoping, analysis framing/ execution, and synthesizing results to project stakeholders/ leadership. You will play a critical role in driving data and technology based decision making throughout the organization to bring power to the data assets and capabilities for decision making. You will need to develop key insights that are data driven related to the digital analytics platform. Additional responsibilities will include:
o Execute, Improve, and Streamline new & existing data processes that support the understanding of the health and performance of various aspects of our Digital Platforms using SQL, python and other Analytical Tools
o Build and develop a comprehensive view of our Digital Platforms using Google Analytics 4
o Collaborate with Cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights

7-10 years experience in digital analytics and data solutions
Strong background with executing, improving and streamlining data processes
Experience with GA4 and knowledge around conversion rate optimization (CRO) and related elements like clickstream data, UI clicking, etc.
Expert SQL skills- able to query complex data and construct data models
Building and maintaining dashboard- based reporting- PowerBI
Python skills for scripting and analytics
