The position requires coordinating with multiple business stakeholders to gather their requirements and convert into technical solutions within Atlassian/DevOps tools. The position also requires working with Finance teams to help them generate time tracking reports on a frequent basis. Coordinate with Accounts payable team for purchase of applications from Atlassian and renewals of all tools along with addons.
Key Responsibilities
Atlassian Administrator
o Provide admin support of Jira and Confluence on the Atlassian instance, including projects, permissions, workflow, and customization
Key Projects in Jira and Confluence
o Develop key initiatives such as SSO implementation, permission grouping, and Service Desk and Software forms implementation
Automations and Testing Addons
o Provide support of key Jira addons, such as Tempo, Test Rail, Script Runner, and several other automation utilities
Atlassian Tools and Reporting
o Provide administrative support for additional products, including Product Discovery, Statuspage, Opsgenie, Atlassian Access, and Analytics
Integrations
o Develop and maintain integrations with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Miro, ServiceNow, Gitlab, and Monday.com

5+ years of experience with the Atlassian cloud stack.
Strong knowledge of Atlassian administration and DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines and deployment, and Change and Release management
Expertise in Atlassians integration capabilities such as RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Outbound REST/SOAP.
Proficiency in designing scalable, flexible, and sustainable solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with best practices.
In-depth knowledge of capabilities and industry trends of managed platforms.
