An employer is looking for an Account Manager (SaaS) to sit remotely. You will primarily be tasked with finding and evaluating new client prospects, engaging with potential clients, building relationships and setting meetings with stakeholders to grow the customer base for this SaaS solution company. You will be pursuing customers who run large numbers of restaurants to showcase the SaaS product that can integrate with their store applications and allow customers to order products through multiple different channels including web, mobile, social media, etc.(Omnichannel). You will also operate in a customer success capacity to ensure the markets are leveraging the SaaS solution and optimizing the customer experience. You will support various markets, provide customer demos to prospects, leverage strategic partnerships, and grow the brand outside of the current customer landscape. Additional tasks will include partnering with digital/ product/ marketing groups to enhance the product offering based on client feedback, build high level customer relationships and identify ways to improve/ grow the brand.

3-5 years experience in business development/ account management
Sales experience related to technology/ software
Experience working with CRM systems
Strong ability to build relationships with executive targets
Bachelors degree in related field
Customer success experience
