We are seeking a highly skilled and preferably bilingual (Spanish) Project Manager to oversee a global video conferencing refresh project spanning on a global scale. The project manager will manage and track project progress, ensuring accountability and effective budget utilization/optimization. Key responsibilities include coordinating updates across multiple sites, with significant work in LATAM and Europe. The candidate should excel in financial tracking, be proactive in stakeholder engagement, and adaptable to diverse cultural environments. The role desires AV experience and proficiency in asset management, particularly with ServiceNow. - 5+ years of experience working as an IT project manager
- Experience with Audio & Video technology projects and/or equipment refresh projects
- Experience managing projects on a global scale
- Experience managing resources, project timelines, schedules, budgets, status reports, project plans, and tracking operating metrics/KPIs
- Proven leadership/project management skills, excellent verbal and written English communication, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams
