A Fortune 100 client is seeking an IAM Project Manager to join their enterprise Infra & Operations organization. Currently, this client is in the process of migrating IAM from on prem to cloud; as the IAM PM, you will work closely with the Info Security leaders whom will provide a list of applications from IAM who are on prem and need to move to cloud. From there, you will work with the respective application owner to explain that their app needs to be migrated and the business reason and timeline for the migration. Excellent written and oral communication, along with project tracking is critical for success

7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in IAM or security-related projects.
Proven experience managing cloud migration projects (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., SSO, MFA, RBAC, provisioning, federation).
Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.
Expertise in Excel, Smartsheets and/or ADO for project tracking
Experience in large enterprise environments, ideally within Fortune 100/500 companies
Hybrid expertise in an infrastructure and application development based environment
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting.
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive consensus in a matrixed environment.
Understanding of Project Lifecycle Management processes
Experience in managing global change management/communications plans
Change release management experience preferred
