Insight Global is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a customer-facing product team responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting a mission‑critical application platform for a leading client in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in a hands-on, production-support environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable engaging directly with customers to resolve high‑priority issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience in JAVA, Spring Framework, REST API, Web Services
- Experience in design and development of Micro-Services and APIs.
- Strong Knowledge in Object Oriented Analysis & Design patterns
- Expert level knowledge of Data structures and Algorithms
- Familiarization with container technologies (Docker and/or Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps
- Experience working on or with Automation tools
in enterprise or product-based environments
- Familiarity with C or C++ (working knowledge is sufficient)
- Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, Perl, or similar)
- Experience working in a customer-facing or production support environment, including real-time issue resolution
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Front-end development experience (any modern UI framework or web technologies)
- Experience with RAP or similar application frameworks
- Exposure to or experience with mainframe systems
- Experience supporting and maintaining legacy systems alongside newer technologies
