Job Description

A Client/Employer in the Plano, Texas area is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant. This consultant will be responsible for managing upwards of three executives (Vice Presidents, Managing Directors) calendars for meeting requests, travel arrangements for both domestic and international, and coordinating staff meetings. Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant (Managing C - Level Executives)

Experience managing up to 3 calendars at a time

Coordination of meetings across an organization

Booking and coordinating travel both internationally and domestic
