The Technical Consulting Engagement Manager is primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact, overseeing pre and post sales project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and strategically aligning projects within our Technical Consulting organization to align with broader business objectives, effectively bridging the gap by managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships; and manage a portfolio of accounts and drive successful project outcomes and client retention
