Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Engagement Manager to join a leading client in the semiconductor and software industries. The Technical Consulting Engagement Manager is primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact, overseeing pre and post sales project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, and strategically aligning projects within our Technical Consulting organization to align with broader business objectives, effectively bridging the gap by managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships; and manage a portfolio of accounts and drive successful project outcomes and client retention

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree
- PMP Certification
- 12 years of professional experience in an IT environment with pre/post engagement management experience
- Experience managing Mainframe Software projects in a fast-paced environment
- 10 years of IT project management experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Scrum, ITIL, SAFe certifications
