Job Description
An employer is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Media to join the Brand Experience & Media team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support broader marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning and buying, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that align with the client’s brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Strategy & Planning, Creative Development, Social Engagement, Paid Media, and Partnerships to ensure cohesive and effective media campaigns.
• Lead the planning, negotiation, and execution of media buys across various channels including TV, digital, social, and print.
• Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors to ensure optimal performance and ROI.
• Continuously identify new media opportunities and partnerships to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze media performance metrics to inform future media planning and investment decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of media innovation

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within the QSR or retail industry
Bachelor’s in Marketing, communications, or related field
Well versed in full funnel media performance and gauging campaign effectivness
Prior experience leading teams for in-house brand/ marketing team
Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in media planning tools and software including GA4
Ecommerce experience
