Job Description
A client is looking for Data Scientists to join our Sales Transformation team, which focuses on Guided Selling—delivering advanced analytical solutions to improve in-store execution and maximize sales while minimizing out-of-stock (OOS) and stales. Develop models for initiatives such as Suggest Sales, Share Wise, Next Best Action/Alternative Order (NBO/AO), Smart Target, Smart Order, and Product Pairing. This role is critical to driving data-driven decisions for the Mexico sector. This person will own end to end model development, perform data exploration, feature engineering, and build predictive models from scratch. As well as enhance and optimize existing models for better performance. They will also be responsible for support, maintenance, and sustainment of deployed models.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Experience with Databricks and working in notebook environments.
• Hands-on experience in data science workflows, from data exploration to model building.
• Ability to validate models for business impact and production suitability.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background in CPG, FMCG, or consumer analytics.
• Exposure to pricing analysis and optimization.
• Understanding of marketing principles and sales effectiveness strategies.
