An employer is looking for a CRO Project Manager in the Plano, TX area. You will primarily be tasked with leading CRO initiatives in the clients digital analytics organization related to A/B testing, experimentation and campaign effectiveness. You will lead experimentation/ CRO specifically for the US based, native mobile app and manage related roadmaps, tickets and Kanban boards. You will evaluate and leverage various metrics to determine strategy and help drive new initiatives in this space based on results/ data. You will focus primarily on web/ mobile platforms and assist with stakeholder management across the engineering, analytics, marketing, and finance groups. Additional tasks will include building out the roadmap, presenting to executive stakeholders, utilize Monday.com for project management tasks, and remove bottlenecks to prevent project timeline delays.

5-7 years experience in conversion rate optimization project/ product management
Well versed with experimentation and AB testing, specifically for native mobile apps
Experience in digital analytics, GA4
Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy and roadmaps
Background in evaluating digital campaign effectiveness and strategy
Experience with web and mobile products
Jira experience
