Insight Global is looking for a COO to join one of our largest E-Commerce companies and sit near Tempe (AZ), Plano (TX), or Fort Mill (SC). This person will be reporting directly to the CEO and CFO to lead a transformation within the Manufacturing Operations Divsion to enhance productivity, identify cost-saving opportunity, and revenue growth strategies. This will include, but not be limited to; rigorous footprint analysis/optimization for increased efficient production, value engineering implementation, change management, supervise resource allocation (including workforce, equipment, and facilities), and mitigate risks related to operations/safety/quality. This person will need to foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners while implementing operational policies, guidelines and best/most efficient practices.

* 15+ years of experience, most recently in a COO of manufacturing operations capacity in an enterprise level environment
* Leadership: ability to guide teams and execute strategic plans
* Change Management: expertise in driving organizational change
* Supply Chain and Logistics: understanding of warehouse operations and distribution, specifically floor plans/footprint optimization
Value Engineering: knowledge of cost-effective design and process improvements
* Background in custom printing press manufacturing
