You will be joining a Fortune 50 client within their Cloud COE team in supporting internal customers on their Azure environment specifically RBAC. You will be managing the incoming tickets via ServiceNow in supporting project related tasks as it relates to Azure IaaS and PaaS environments. You will be supporting Azure RBAC and access management for users, providing access, identity and access management, adding and removing access, policy assignments, troubleshooting access issues, creating identity and access management, handling control policies in Azure, and working directly with internal clients who need access to the platform or groups in Azure. This role requires someone who has patience to work with non-technical customers, and work with a sense of urgency. You will be assigned to supporting different programs and projects in managing the Azure environment. This role is a remote opportunity in Latin America. Candidates must be willing to work in EST/CST time zone M-Fri 8-5 or 7-4.

4+ years of experience as Systems Administrator/Engineer with most recent 3 years being within a DevOps/Cloud Engineer role
1-3 years hands-on experience with Azure RBAC and access management (providing access, identity and access management, adding and removing access, policy assignments, troubleshooting access issues, etc.)
Azure Resource Manager Template expertise (most of the current ARM templates have been built by Microsoft, but candidates will need to customizing existing)
ServiceNow ticketing
Excellent customer service and sense of urgency
Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
Proficient in English verbal and written skills
Excellent remote collaboration skills
PowerShell expertise -preferred automation technology
