Job Description

A top midstream oil & gas company in Odessa, TX is seeking a Warehouse Manager Assistant to join their Warehouse team. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Attendant in managing the efficiency of the warehouse. The Warehouse Attendant ensures that all inventory is accurately recorded and maintained, supporting the operational needs of the oil and gas industry. This individual will be utilizing Lawson, closing out PO's, reviewing incoming materials, and more.
Further Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate the flow of materials and support operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience

HS Diploma OR GED

5+ years of experience in the warehouse or logistics role

Inventory management system experience

Ability to review, understand, and know how to proceed when given instructions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Oil & Gas industry exposure
