Job Description
A top midstream oil & gas company in Odessa, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their warehouse manufacturing team. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Attendant in managing the efficiency of the warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The Warehouse Attendant ensures that all inventory is accurately recorded and maintained, supporting the operational needs of the oil and gas industry. This individual will be utilizing Lawson, closing out PO's, reviewing incoming materials, and more.
Further Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies.
- Storage and Organization: Organize and store materials, tools, and equipment in designated locations, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and fulfill orders for internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory levels.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate the flow of materials and support operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment
Experience handling internal order fulfillment, material staging and movement, warehouse and yard inventory management, and shipping and receiving
Experience with Microsoft Excel
HS Diploma OR GED
Valid Driver's License
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Forklift certified
Code vessel experience
