The Director of Operations reports to the General Manager and is responsible for all Operations and
fabrication activities associated with KMTOs fabrication operations within the Kinder Morgan
Treating Group including, but not limited to, safety performance, facilities operations, and
maintenance, regulatory compliance, budget preparation and stewardship, personnel matters,
training compliance, emergency response, gas processing equipment and vessel fabrication project oversight, production scheduling and inventory control.

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering or Operations Management
Minimum of 5 years management experience (including Manufacturing Leadership experience)
Minimum of 10 years of thorough working experience/knowledge in gas treating equipment
manufacturing (amine treating, glycol dehydration, natural gas stabilization) and fabrication operations, basic hydraulics, metallurgy, and welding procedures, regulatory compliance standards,
contract administration, quality control, and emergency response/ incident command
Knowledge of ASME codes and standards (e.g., ASME B31.1, ASME Sec. VIII, Division 1)
