Job Description
An Insight Global client has a role for an oil and gas company seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator/Developer to design and implement a SharePoint environment from the ground up. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders to build a modern, user-friendly intranet, revamp existing structures, and ensure ongoing maintenance and optimization. Responsibilities include end-to-end site development, customization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to meet business needs.
Targeted Pay Range: $60 - $75/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience as a Senior SharePoint Administrator/Developer
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Hands-on experience with site architecture, design, and customization
• Ability to gather requirements and collaborate effectively with business teams
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• U.S.-based and able to work remote, with willingness to relocate in the future if offered full-time
• Strong understanding of SharePoint governance and best practices
• Knowledge of workflow automation and custom web parts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Background in intranet redesign projects
