The HSE Advisor ensures the safety of personnel and equipment at well servicing locations by developing, implementing, and enforcing safety procedures. They uphold policies to protect people from illness and injury and property from damage, using their knowledge of health and safety practices. Their duties include maintaining current health and safety policies, reviewing equipment plans and procedures for safety compliance, identifying and correcting potential hazards through inspections, and ensuring compliance with employee safety programs.

Experience maintaining and enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, regulations, and industry best practices
Experience conducting inspections of facilities, machinery, and safety equipment in oil/gas field services environment
Evaluation of workplace safety programs and experience teaching safety classes
