Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires extensive experience leading multi-million dollar mechanical construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing mechanical and plumbing contracts valued at $25 Million+.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project and Excel!)
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam
