Position Summary
The Senior Superintendent is the senior field leader responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of one or more data center construction projects. This individual provides strategic leadership to project superintendents, coordinates all field operations, ensures compliance with company standards, and serves as the primary field representative with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead all field construction operations from mobilization through final turnover.
• Develop and execute the overall field execution plan.
• Direct multiple Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.
• Coordinate sequencing between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain overall project schedule and identify recovery strategies.
• Conduct owner and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-incident safety culture.
• Monitor quality control and verify work conforms to contract documents.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Mentor field leadership personnel and assist with staffing decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• 5-10+ years commercial construction experience preferred.
• 5+ years superintendent experience strongly preferred
• Data center or mission-critical experience required with strong preference on experience with tenant fit-out portion/trades and sequencing.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project scheduling.
• Pull Planning or similar scheduling experience strongly preferred
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 preferred.
