A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead enterprise‑level Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives across all five manufacturing sites. This leader will partner closely with senior operations leadership and cross‑functional teams to deploy CI strategy, strengthen problem‑solving capability, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned CI professional with multi‑site experience who can influence at all levels, drive measurable business results, and standardize CI systems across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field (this they can be flexible on for the right experience -- they have tuition reimbursement and can work with them)
* 8+ years in manufacturing or operations environments
* 5+ years leading or supporting Continuous Improvement / Lean initiatives
* Experience supporting multi‑site operations
* Strong working knowledge of Lean, CI, and Operational Excellence methodologies
* Experience in tier 1 automotive or aerospace mature industries (not OEM's like Ford or Toyota -- these are companies that supply parts directly to OEM's such as Magna International or Yanfeng Automotive Interiors)
* Experience facilitating workshops, improvement events, and structured problem‑solving activities (Kaizen, Gemba, PDCA, A3, and DMAIC)
* Be able to explain how they fully owned and drove Kaizen events. How they guided their teams and streamlined the entire process, what the results were, etc.
* Green Belt, Black Belt, or Six Sigma certifications
* Consistent career progression inside of their company (LONG tenure and progression within companies)
* Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority
* Demonstrated success driving waste reduction, process stability, and enterprise‑level improvements
* Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* STRONG communication skills with the ability to engage leaders, supervisors, and frontline teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience hiring, coaching, and evaluating CI practitioners
* Working knowledge of financial concepts and cost drivers (P&L exposure helpful)
* Additional Lean or Operational Excellence certifications
