Job Description

The HR Technology Supervisor leads the delivery of HR technology and compliance, focusing on the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role acts as an advisor on technology solutions, manages projects, and provides expertise in system architecture. The supervisor also leads a team of system and compliance analysts, offering mentoring and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex HR technology projects, especially those involving Workday.
• Design solutions to ensure data integrity, quality, and effective processes across platforms (Workday, CompAnalyst, etc.).
• Recommend and implement process improvements and innovative initiatives.
• Develop and document system standards and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations of technology and compliance projects, including project roadmaps and solution delivery.
• Serve as the main contact for third-party vendors and consultants.
• Interface with auditors on system administration and security compliance.
• Coach and develop team members in technology, compliance, and compensation.
• Provide advanced (tier 3) support for HR technology issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED
• 3-5 years of recent Workday HCM experience (testing, configuration, file integration).
• At least 5 years of HR or related experience, with strong system and compliance administration background.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Preferred: Knowledge of HR operations, government/compliance/audit reporting.
(Bachelor’s degree preferred)
