Job Overview
Insight Global is seeking two experienced Boilermaker General Foremen to support a major power generation project in Lexington, TX. This individual will oversee field crews, ensure safe and efficient execution of boilermaker activities, and support daily operations involving HRSG systems and heavy industrial equipment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise boilermaker field crews on-site
• Oversee daily work activities to ensure alignment with project goals
• Enforce and promote all site safety procedures and compliance standards
• Coordinate with project managers, safety teams, and other trades
• Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks related to HRSG systems
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Qualifications
• 5–10 years of Boilermaker experience
• Proven power plant experience
• Hands-on experience with HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generators)
• Ability to safely and effectively operate heavy machinery
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising field personnel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Rigger certification
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Previous experience working with NEM Boilers
