Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic CRM Operations Manager to own and optimize our Microsoft Dynamics Sales Hub. This role serves as the critical bridge between Marketing and Sales, tasked with driving strong CRM adoption, maintaining data integrity, and implementing scalable processes to support revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
CRM Ownership & Roadmap: Managing day-to-day optimizations, partnering with stakeholders to define the CRM roadmap, and ensuring system structure aligns with evolving sales and marketing goals.
Process Development: Developing, documenting, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and pipeline hygiene across all business units.
Integration Management: Owning the alignment between Dynamics and the broader tech stack (including HubSpot, Forsta, and data providers). This involves ensuring seamless lead flow, optimizing lead scoring and routing, and resolving gaps in integration, workflows, and campaign attribution.
The ideal candidate will provide user training, enforce data governance, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Unit leadership to maintain a robust, high-performance CRM ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience
d. Must haves; 4-8 years of experience
i. Microsoft Dynamics Experience
1) Understanding of basic layouts and data flows
2) Understanding data quality + ability to see layouts are actually reflect the data
ii. Sales background/sales ops role - role crosses in between marketing and sales
iii. Work ethic/good communication, has trained people before
iv. Understanding how a lead flows through those stages
v. Bachelor's Degree
Must understand marketing to sales cycle and how a tool assist with that cycle
