Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring across their warehouse and operations teams. This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers to efficiently fill critical roles in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
Full-Cycle Recruiting
• Manage high-volume requisitions (30–40 roles weekly) across warehouse, assembly, and maintenance positions
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Workday
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens, etc.)
Recruiting Strategy & Partnership
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to prioritize hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Support hiring events and community-based recruiting efforts
Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in Workday or similar ATS
• Monitor recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency
• Help streamline recruiting and onboarding processes in a high-volume environment
Onboarding Support
• Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth new hire experience
• Partner with HR, operations, and IT to support employee integration

Required Skills & Experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or light industrial environments
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and recruiting systems, with a strong aptitude for learning tools like Workday, ATS platforms, and sourcing software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Exposure to recruitment analytics or KPI tracking
• Interest in growing into more specialized or corporate recruiting roles over time
