Job Description

The Multi-Skilled Operator is going to be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing production machinery and equipment. This role requires frequent travel between multiple job sites to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime. The operator must possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for coordinating with team members and addressing any issues that arise during production.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical production equipment like compression stations and tank batteries
Experience conducting inspections on production equipment and machinery
Working knowledge of industry health, safety, and environmental requirements
Experience working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.)
Ability to navigate and use computer and reporting systems to enter data and write reports in a timely manner
