Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clients growing team in Keller, TX. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures under the direction of a licensed physical therapist for orthopedic and neuro-based populations.

Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by the physical therapist
- Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to patients
- Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions
- Instruct patients on proper use of equipment and exercises
- Collaborate with the physical therapy team to ensure effective patient care
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment

Experience
- Experience in orthopedic and/or neuro outpatient/clinic setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on delivering high-quality care
