An employer in the Katy, Texas area is looking for a Network Technician that will be responsible for replacing wireless routers and access points (APs) across multiple campuses within the district. This role involves supporting network connectivity and assisting with hardware installations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a network technician and is eager to learn and grow in the field. Key responsibilities include replacing and installing wireless routers and APs at various campuses; troubleshooting and resolving basic network connectivity issues; ensuring all wireless devices are configured and functioning correctly; collaborating with senior engineers to support larger network initiatives; and documenting installations, issues, and resolutions. This position pays $15-$16/hr.
