TS/SCI CI Poly, Tool Capability Developer

An employer is looking for a Sr. Tool Capability Developer in the San Antonio, TX area. They will be supporting a customer by providing vulnerability analysis and capability development through either Windows or Linux platforms. Identify potential offensive opportunities to provide solutions for the client. Understand intelligence information related to the target and utilize that to create technical capabilities. Work with different teams to provide and developer technical products to customer. Create weaponeering solutions with capabilities to meet requirements. Analyze network traffic and vulnerabilities within data. Establish relationships with customers on a regular basis and ensure efficient project progress.

- Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in the field doing hands-on capability development and/or exploitation analysis

- Software Development experience: C/C++ or Python

- Reverse-engineering experience on Windows or Linux-based platforms

- R/E tools/knowledge of: Ghidra, binwalk, or other disassembler tools

- Experience with vulnerability analysis

- In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP) and network traffic analysis (Wireshark)

- Knowledge of SIGINT analysis and collection

- Experience supporting CNO customers (or related capabilities)

- Experience as a Remote Operator, Exploitation Analyst, or capability developer

- Experience creating, developing, and productizing quick reaction capabilities for clients
