We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic UX Designer to support our healthcare client out of Irving, TX (remote okay, if located in Central Time) and lead the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences. This role will focus on defining end-to-end user journeys and crafting user journey maps that align with usability best practices and business goals.

5+ years of experience in UX design of enterprise digital products
Ideal candidate has experience designing an enterprise pricing tool. Design of a financial or supply chain planning product also applicable.
Expert in defining end-to-end user journeys and crafting user maps
Strong digital portfolio showcasing user journey maps, user flows, and usability-focused design work
Experience conducting or collaborating with Product Managers on user research through end-user interview sessions and usability testing
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma and Visio preferred)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale and user insights
