Job Description

The Technical Support Associate will handle hands-on desktop support and service restoration for both daily operations and projects. The associate will provide infrastructure support at a device care center similar to a warehouse environment. Operating within a complex, distributed computing environment, they will offer IT service support for mostly PC devices, printers, software, hardware, and various network issues. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with team members and customers, and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have great communication and time management skills. The hourly rate will likely range from $25-28/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and imaging computers, printers, peripherals, and handling other network issues
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DHCP,DNS, AD, VPN, WINS, and FTP
- Skilled in IT infrastructure architecture, communications protocols, and networking technology and hardware
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 services
- Background in Windows 10/11 desktop implementation and support
- Great communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
