An employer is looking for a Right of Way Contract Specialist in the Irving, TX area. You will be joining the clients centralized contracts team and primarily be responsible for managing contracts associated with easements, route contracts, legal Right of Way and leasing for the client's nationwide fiber rollout. You will analyze, manage, renew and negotiate contracts with third parties including private land owners, railroads, parks, government owned property, etc. You will be tasked with identifying the best process/ procedure to get the necessary approvals for the client to move forward so engineering teams can build out the fiber in those particular markets.

5-10 years experience in contract negotiations/ right of way
Landman background, dealing with third party land owners
Strong experience managing, negotiating, renewing and owning ROW, easements, contracts, etc.
Google Suite experience (Gmail, etc.)
Strong knowledge of leasing agreements as it pertains to easements and Right-Of-Way contracts (Common in railroad, utility, oil/ gas industry)
Telecommunications experience
