Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Scientist to lead our analytics team in financial impact testing. In this role, you will serve as the senior authority, guiding the team through complex scenario analyses to understand how pricing and strategic decisions impact the entire product portfolio and overall profitability. You’ll work extensively with SQL and Databricks to interpret model outputs, validate existing models, and deliver clear, actionable financial insights. A robust understanding of financial principles is crucial, as you will be translating data insights into meaningful financial recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Data Science experience with financial focus
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, driving projects from analysis to actionable recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Databricks.
• Extensive experience in financial scenario analysis and interpreting and troubleshooting model outputs.
Strong financial background and communication skills to translate data insights into business terms.
