5+ years of Epic Resolute HB Build & Support experience.
Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills and readiness to work across multiple applications/ modules
Comfortable and familiar with integrated testing workflows
Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and vendors bridging the gap between operational decision makers and their desired technical outcomes.
Hospital Billing Admin- REQUIRED
Hospital Billing Claims & Remits- REQUIRED
Experience with review of upgrade related Nova Notes, stakeholder review, and subsequent build if required. In a QAL capacity preferred but not required.
Prior experience of working in ITSM and Ticketing tools like ServiceNow is a plus.
