Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cloud Migration Program Manager to lead a large‑scale, multi‑year cloud‑to‑cloud migration effort across a highly complex enterprise environment. This role will oversee the migration of 600+ applications, primarily within government cloud environments, while coordinating across multiple business units, vendors, and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong, confident leader who excels at influencing without direct authority, simplifying complexity for senior leadership, and driving progress through metrics, dashboards, and clear communication. This is a fully remote role, operating primarily within EST business hours, and partners closely with delivery leadership to ensure program success.
Compensation: $65-75/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years as a Senior program/project leadership experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in government and commercial Azure and AWS cloud hosting implementation, Networking/IT infrastructure
- Proven cloud‑to‑cloud migration experience in the government or defense industry
- Ability to lead through influence rather than authority, working effectively across executives, business units, and vendors
- Strong executive‑level communication skills - able to simplify complexity, tell the story, and present a clear picture of progress and risk
- Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross‑portfolio dependencies
- Experience using data, dashboards (BI), and metrics (Jira, Excel) to track progress and drive accountability
- Process‑oriented mindset with experience navigating approvals, governance, and enterprise standards
