Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Management Program Manager to support its Skills-Based Organization (SBO) transformation and other strategic HR initiatives. This role will serve as the central coordinator across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and business leaders to ensure projects are executed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple HR and talent-related workstreams and keep projects on track
• Lead cross-functional meetings, track action items, and manage project timelines
• Build project plans, identify risks and dependencies, and drive stakeholder alignment
• Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and program execution
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and leadership updates
• Establish governance processes and support the transition of initiatives into sustainable long-term operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 6+ years of program management experience, preferably supporting HR, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, or transformation initiatives
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Skilled in executive communication, facilitation, project planning, and change management
• Experience with Talent Management concepts such as skills frameworks, career development, performance management, workforce planning, or learning programs is preferred
