Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Product Owner in our Irving, TX Service Center to translate user demand into an overall vision and strategy for features within the Customer Portal platform. This role will partner with field liaisons and business stakeholders to filter and prioritize demand into the product backlog for the team. The Product Owner will work closely with IT directors, peer scrum teams, stakeholders, field contacts and customers to ensure the success of these initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
· Own and evolve the product vision for the Customer Portal by partnering with business owners, field liaisons, and stakeholders to define outcomes and prioritize value
· Translate demand into a clear, prioritized product backlog; write high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria, supporting documentation
· Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure the team has clear priorities and requirements
· Partner with engineering to make user-experience and workflow decisions, balancing usability, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
· Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders; support release validation activities including disaster recovery
· Support designated super users by triaging questions, capturing enhancement requests, and coordinating with support/engineering teams for resolution
· Coordinate across IT teams to align dependencies and ensure successful delivery and adoption
· Maintain a posture of continuous improvement by inspecting outcomes, refining processes, and improving backlog quality
· Develop and maintain product requirements and roadmaps strategy
· Incorporate feedback from customers, leadership, and internal/external stakeholders into product strategy & requirements
· Identify and execute opportunities to expand product adoption across the organization and customer base
· Define, track, and report KPIs to measure product performance, user engagement, and adoption; use insights to recommend improvements
· Support release planning by coordinating feature readiness, stakeholder communications, and go-live activities
· Maintain visibility into delivery status (milestones, dependencies, and timelines) and proactively escalate risks and issues to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

· 10 years of experience in wholesale distribution or retail warehouse management
· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
· Experience managing customer-facing eCommerce websites/applications, portals, or other digital products end-to-end
· Familiarity with leading multi-tenant site development on at least one industry-leading eCommerce platform
· Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) across the full product lifecycle, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· College Degree or 15 years of experience
