Job Description

The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI reports and dashboards, while migrating existing Power BI reports to Tableau to ensure data accuracy and consistency. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. They will utilize Databricks for data processing and integration, perform data analysis, and provide insights to support business decisions. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI and Tableau reports and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and BI tools.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of experience in Power BI development
Proven experience migrating from Power BI to Tableau
Strong knowledge of Databricks and its integration with BI tools
Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and SQL
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience dealing with healthcare data / claims data
