Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Pharmacy Liaison (Patient Care Coordinator) to serve as a vital link between patients, providers, and pharmacy services. This role focuses on patient outreach, medication refills, insurance coordination, and appeals, ensuring seamless communication and support across the care continuum. The salary for this role ranges from $52,000 to $55,000, with annual bonuses and a sign on business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct refill calls and manage prescription workflows
Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain claims and run tests
Draft and submit appeals for denied claims
Perform patient outreach via phone and in-person interactions
Educate patients on pharmacy services and medication access
Collaborate with nurses, clinics, and physicians to ensure continuity of care
Utilize systems including EPIC, Willow, MS Office, Teams, and R systems
Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance protocols

Required Skills & Experience
State Pharmacy Technician License
National CPhT Certification (PTCB or NHA)
2+ years of exp as a Pharmacy Tech
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, EPIC, Willow, and related systems
