Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of related experience
• Strong client service, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities
• Ability to support OCM projects
• Experience doing OCM in an environment going through M365 to Google Workspace OR a customer who recently adapted to Google Workspace.
• Experience doing OCM in an environment that is adapting to utilizing Gemini or Copilot in their environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
