Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a ML Ops Engineer to join a Fortune 100 Healthcare organization in Dallas, TX or sitting remotely. This individual will join a team responsible for building out a Clinical Data Repository, which focuses on building an enterprise data solution for various business units. Day to day, this person will be responsible for starting out with a set of prototypes in GenAI, as well as a set of data analytic models and workflows. They will be responsible for kicking off the prototype POC workflow, and will be responsible for understanding requirements, and developing and supporting that POC. Candidates should come from a background of 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python, SQL and GenAI, with a background preferably in data science.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical analysis and experiment design
- Strong proficiency with Python programming, including experience with core and advanced Python
o Experience with essential packages such as scikit-learn (sklearn), matplotlib, pandas, seaborn, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI
- Experience with SQL, specifically experience building models and running queries.
- Generative AI, LLM and NLP knowledge and experience, including the following:
o Ability to build and deploy
o Ability to integrate with GCP
o Ability to build data science models and integrate them with the data
o Ability to evaluate data products utilizing Gen AI
- Strong background in natural language processing, including classification (sequence/token), information retrieval (dense/sparse search) and regex.
- GCP experience, including knowledge surrounding GCS, Big Query, Big table, data proc.
