Job Description
The Junior Software Engineer will join a team of developers supporting a custom, internal middleware application used in a large‑scale physical warehouse and logistics center. This role will involve enhancing and maintaining existing code, including bug fixes, updates, and incremental feature development. The junior engineer will assist with building backend services using C#/.NET, contribute to frontend enhancements using Angular, and help improve existing functionality as part of an agile, sprint‑based team. The Jr. Software Engineer will participate in standups, sprint planning, and technical discussions, gaining exposure to architectural decisions and enterprise development practices. The ideal candidate displays a natural curiosity to grow and learn, a self-motivated attitude, and strong collaboration skills.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-3 years of software development experience
• Solid programming experience using C# and .NET
• Strong foundational understanding of object-oriented programming and backend development concepts (APIs, services, business logic)
• Experience in a cloud-based development environment, ideally Azure
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with front end technologies (Angular, Typescript/Javascript, HTML,CSS)
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB/SQL/NoSQL)
• Background or interest in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, or industrial automation
Project experience supporting enterprise or internal applications
