Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a large ATM manufacturer to sit onsite in Irving, TX 5 days per week. This individual will join the End User Services team, and will support internal employees and users in order to keep current systems updated and running smoothly. This role will entail processing tickets through Active Directory, imaging new hire computers and setting up new profiles, and processing the shipping and receiving of inventory management. This individual should be highly motivated, have strong communication and documentation skills, and be excited and willing to learn.

3+ years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support
Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
Experience with Active Directory as ticketing system
Strong knowledge and experience with imaging and reimaging computers
Experience with vulnerability patching and remediation
Incredible communication and soft skills
Bachelors Degree
