IT Recruiter

A large retail company is looking for an IT Recruiter to sit onsite 3 days a week in Irving, TX. Listed below are the tasks you will be completing.



· Sourcing and screening candidates for various IT positions

· Coordinating interviews and hiring processes with hiring managers

· Negotiating offers and closing candidates

· Maintaining candidate databases and tracking metrics

· Building and maintaining relationships with candidates

* 1-2+ years of full cycle in-house IT recruiting

* Ability to handle high-volume requisition load and prioritize tasks effectively

* Proficient in using Workday as the main applicant tracking system

* Solid understanding of the overall tech industry and market trends

* Agency recruiting experience
