Support Engineer



We provide Intune support for the most critical enterprise customers. We are looking for true technical leaders to join us and lead the way! Support Engineering at Microsoft



As a Support Engineer, you will use advanced troubleshooting methods and tools to solve technically complex problems. These highly complex problems require broad, in-depth product knowledge and may include support of additional product lines. We'll provide you with abundant resources, including a rich content library, advanced diagnostic tools, and access to other Microsoft experts.



Key Responsibilities:



As a Support Engineer, you will represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding escalated problems in Microsoft software products and manage relationships with those customers.

* Be responsive to customer needs which may sometimes require outside of normal business hours or on-call rotation.

* Use trace analysis and other proprietary tools to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years' experience with Intune and Mobile Device Management

* Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems

* Experience with Azure AD and cloud identity services

* Experience with SCCM/ Endpoint Configuration manager

* Understanding of TCP/IP, including CIDR, routing and DNS.

* Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, including the ability to capture and interpret Fiddler traces.

* 2+ years' experience in Microsoft Cloud (O365 or Azure)

* 2+ years of experience in enterprise customer service environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Previous MSFT experience

* Previous experience working for MSP (managed service privder)
