Job Description

Were seeking an Implementation Specialist for one of our largest distributors to help deploy Warehouse Management Software across their nationwide locations. This individual will work closely with the IT development and support groups to ensure successful adoption of IT solutions throughout the company. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic and a desire to learn, contributing meaningfully to our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role requires the individual to be 5 days a week onsite and to travel to various sites throughout the U.S.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in project management, business analysis, training and development, or any kind of software/product implementation
Proven ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to be onsite 5 days a week
Comfortable with frequent travel to client sites across the country

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in education or nonprofit sectors
Exposure to QA or project management work
