Insight Global is looking for a detail-oriented RMA Operations Specialist to join our client's repair center team. In this role, they will manage the complete lifecycle of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) including repairs, replacements, warranties, and credits. They will coordinate between internal teams and third-party partners to ensure that RMAs are routed, tracked, and resolved efficiently. This position plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction, streamlining repair operations, and driving process improvements.

Bachelors degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Just experience is totally fine
35 years of experience in RMA coordination, operations, logistics, or repair services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working with internal teams and third-party vendors.
Familiarity with ERP systems and RMA/tracking tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Knowledge of import/export compliance.
-Knowledge of quality assurance and process improvement methodologies.
