Job Description
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
• Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and data integrity
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
• Organize and maintain records in a structured and accessible format
• Use Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools to track, manage, and report data
• Support team members with administrative and data-related tasks as needed
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in data entry or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to follow defined processes and instructions consistently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience working with large data sets
• Strong written communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Excel V-Lookups
• Experience with Microsoft Access
